It's very cool application but although it said is free,it keeps pop up a window that said that i have to buy it or will expire in 5 days....

I think it is free no need active code,but when I install it is for trial 5 days only

a great program, however, a little misleading when you look at and think that the software is a free download, but that some of the items on the purchase product are disabled. from what it appears since I have been using it, that the free download is only good for 5 days. What is the price of the software ? / license #?

Easy to use, easy to install, functional. I was happy to show it to my students as a good example of customer support software.

ManageEngine I was looking for a web based helpdesk ticketing system that would satisfy all the demands of my business and make things easier and organized.... I have found that with ManageEngine!, thanks guys!

ManageEngine SupportCenter Plus I have downloaded and installed the free edition ManageEngine SupportCenter Plus for trail in Windows 2000 Server. When i open the SupportCenter WebClinet menu, it went to http://localhost:8080 and display Page cannot be found. on the same machine, my iis is runnning fine. i could not locate thte Admib guide anyway for user guide. any advise please? Thanks.

I like the UI and the logical way it works. It looks very nice and seems to be worth having.

I kinda liked it. It was a little more then I needed. I run a computer repair shop, and just need a record of work done, not a ticketing system that allows others to make tickets and such. The biggest issue for me personaly, was the inability to print. Example: Make a ticket as a customer walks in with his computer, and then print out a receipt/invoice for him to take with... Then printing out an addidional one once work is complete to send with finished computer.

I wish I could comment on this software but as soon as it was downloaded a message appears that says the 14 day trial period has ended and you cannot even open the software. Pretty dissappointed!

Excel Invoice Manager is easy, quick and cheap, exactly what I was looking for. It\'s so straight-forward, anyone can use it. I just love how simple and straight to the point it is. After a month of searching and trying out different work order programs, this is the one I recommend.

Fantastic so far. Still have lots to figure out but was able to generate an invoice and add a customer with ease.

I haven't used it yet. I will try later.

Don`t know yet!! I haven't figured out if I want to keep it yet. When I get time I will customize it and see if it will work for me. I can't even look at other templates yet until I pay for it, that sucks...tells me the other templates aren't much to be proud of. If it was really that good they would at least show them to me to entice me to buy. We'll see in a few days or so.

Excel Invoice Manager Express This program works very well and is extremely easy to use. Great for someone not familiar with Excel, especially macros. Like how it saves client and product information too. We needed to generate invoice #'s automatically and couldn't find the right add-in to download in order to make it work. Excel Invoice Manager Express solved the problem for us. My only complaint is that I find it a little pricy for what's essentially an Excel template.
